Bright light golden colour with rather small bubbles. Mature nose, some pastry, crushed nuts, smoke and ripe wild berries. The palate is full bodied with a rounded texture, finely creamy with a fresh backbone of acidity, ripe red fruit (more Pinot it feels) with crushed nuts and a long lingering finish.
