Champagne Baudvin – Cuvée Evidence NV

Light golden colour with a youthful vivid mousse. Youthful nose displaying plum, pear and red berries with citrus and pain d´épices. Medium bodied with a rounded texture, young creamy mousseux, ripe apple and pear with some finely spicy notes, fresh backbone and a medium to long finish. Still youthful on the fruitier side.
