Champagne Baudvin – Cuvée Audrey 2010

Pale straw colour with young lively bubbles. Pure nose, still on the youthful side with green apple, lime, citrus and some herbal notes. Light palate, crisp and fresh with young fruit, crushed apple, wild herbs, citrus notes, lightly creamy with a medium to long finish.
