Rosé colour with a medium intense, a bit deeper than salmon pink. With a youthful and creamy mousse. Fine nose here, quite elegant, on the fruity side, still youthful, with a dominance of red berry fruit; like raspberry, red cherry, red citrus like pink grapefruit, lemon zest. Pleasurable on the palate, it offers quite elegant fruit. It has a good structure and weight, a bit more than medium weight I would say. Youthful, but well integrated mousse. Some nutty notes on the finish, a bit more of maturity and complexity. However, I would still call this a youthful Champagne, with the notes of the freshly crushed red berries. Well balanced in terms of texture, creaminess and of acidity. A wine that I think would develop complexity with age, but I think having it now for its vibrant freshness is not bad idea either.
