Champagne André Chemin – Millésimé 2009 – Premier Cru Brut

Pale golden colour with a green hue and lively mousse. Youthful nose, fresh fruit, apple, pear, citrus and some herbal notes. The palate has medium weight, fresh and crisp, still restrained fruit, a youthful creaminess and a medium to long finish. Still needing time to open.
