Champagne Allouchery Deguerne – Pauline 100Fut de Chêne NV – 1er Cru Extra Brut

Bright straw colour with a green hue and young vivid mousseux. A vinous grower style displaying new oak, roasted nuts, pale stone fruit and white flower. Intense palate, still youthful and opulent but well-balanced oak, rather low dosage with a bright freshness, layers of peach, pear and confit de citron. The finish is long, warm and lingering, a nice and ambitious effort in a personal style. Well worth watching out for!
