Youthful appearance here with a pale straw colour, green hue, appearing very youthful. Pure nose, with a slight mineral notion. There is a hint of fresh citrus, lime and slightly herbal component, like chamomile. But more steely and flinty, in the direction of Chablis I would say. No oak what so ever. Very good bite on the palate here. Feels much more cool and restrained in terms of style. Again I think about Chablis with a nice austerity to it. It is a really mouth-watering acidity. Youthful fruit such as green apple. Barely ripe melon, with lemon and lime zest. Good notion of minerality with some chopped almond on the finish. Really crispy and fresh on the finish. A wine pretty delicious now due to its freshness. I would like to have a good seafood platter with it right now. None of less it has potential to go on five to eight years, in that direction.
