Dense purple core and a lighter rim. Pure and traditional nose displaying ripe dark fruit, cassis, cherry, plum with some tobacco and discreet hints of oak. The palate is dense and fresh with youthful and grippy tannin, layers of digest dark fruit, fine spices, integrated oak and a long finish. A traditional style made for long ageing, good now but still deserving time to open up.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
