Château La Maurine – Secrets de Paul 2016 – Saint Chinian

Intense dark inky purple colour. Modern pure nose with layers of sweet fruit like ripe blackberry, cassis, fine oak and sweet spices. The palate is dense, still youthful and chewy but with ripe tannin, sweet and spicy fruit notes, good volume and length.
