Youthful purple core and a lighter rim. Fragrant with a meaty spiciness, ripe dark berries, violet, fine oak and dry spices like pepper and clove. The palate is savoury and digest with rounded tannin, fine layers and a nice meaty spiciness with some smoky notes and a long peppery finish.
