Caven – Al Carmine Inferno Riserva 2010 – Valtellina Superiore

Light ruby colour with a rusty/orange rim. Intense perfume with fine maturity and complexity with smoke, truffle, earth and sweet cherry notes. The palate is on the fuller side, still with a tannic presence, spicy ginger and clove notes with red fruit, tobacco and a long finish with maturity and layers.
