Very dark and inky colour, appearing very youthful. Quite sweet nose, with an aromatic profile quite grapey, with a lot of crushed berries and sweet plum, no evident oak. Palate has a quite dense structure with a good grip, a core of dark fruit, cassis, blackberry. Very grainy but still very present tannin, a lot of extract here. Very persistent on the palate; I still find it to be a bit youthful, but it has a core of tannins, juicy dark fruit, well-integrated wood, and a very long finish. Doubtlessly a wine that will gain complexity and has a span of many years in the cellar. Good stuff.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
