Pale yellow colour with a green hue and vivid young mousseux. The nose displays, fresh butter, stone fruit, some oyster shell, ripe citrus and a fine toastiness. Good grip on the palate, bone dry with a creamy texture balanced by a bright acidity, some aged complexity and autolys even if young. Long finish with nice layers and some complexity.
