Youthful appearance, with a light golden colour. Very intense nose, aromatic variety, very lush tropical with mango, pineapple, apricot, plenty of yellow fruit, some sweet notes almost of honey or candied fruit. There’s some roasted nuts there as well, might be a hint of oak. However, the palate is very precise, bone-dry, crisp acidity, still very youthful tempering that opulence we have on the nose. It’s still a rather full style of white, bone-dry with a rather opulent texture. Finely balanced. I don’t think there’s oak in here; the nose indicated something roasted, but it’s very clear and precise on the palate. Good length, very persistent. The finish is really precise, mineral, bone-dry. Something mouthwatering and appetising.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
