Bodega Benegas – Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 – Mendoza

Dense purple core and more ruby towards the rim. Nuanced nose of ripe dark fruit with plum, cassis with mint, sage and dry spices. The palate is dense but with good freshness, ripe but present tannin, crushed black currant and plum notes with some oak and tobacco on the finish. Well-built with good length, should age well.
