Medium deep colour it seems slightly developed here, lighter on the rim. Quite intense nose. Sweet red fruit. Also with some dried spices. I find some dried herbs, anise seed, some notes of liquorice and cassis. Medium weight on the palate. Quite generous fruitiness here. Moderate levels of tannin, well-integrated. Quite high acidity and mostly red fruity notes with cassis, currant, cherry notes, some hints of sage, with anise seed. Quite long finish. Rather juicy and attractive today and potential for at least another five to seven years.
