Quite pale colour intensity there. Light straw yellow with a bright hue. Fresh nose with barely ripe apple and pear. More on the citrusy herbal side, with some lemongrass, ginger and lime. Dried and distinct on the palate. It is a smaller sized in terms of weight, but still good purity of fruit. Zesty flavours, quite ripe acidity. It does have length, it is just slightly smaller without any opulence. Which is very much the style, I think of 2014. I would happily drink this for its freshness and it should develop some more roundness from ageing.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
