Medium deep rosé colour, partridge eye, with a youthful lively mousse. Fresh nose, clean, with some notes of butter, brioche; and we have ripe pear and some red berry notes. Youthful palate with a good grip, good bite, fairly dry with a well preserved acidity. Creaminess is there, offering a creamy texture. Still rather young mousse, but well integrated. Pleasant and well-balanced, with a medium towards long aftertaste, with nice juicy red fruit and ripe pear flavours.
