Bailly Lapierre – Noir et Blanc Brut NV – Crémant de Bourgogne

Pale colour sparkling, with a quite youthful and vivid mousse. Accessible nose showing off ripe pear, ripe apple, some floral notes; also a hint of fresh butter, but no noticeable oak. Palate is nicely creamy, well rounded, with unctuous fruit, mellow acidity, soft and rounded with a gentle hint of sweetness. Light to medium weight, with a classically sparkling medium-long finish.
