Deep and youthful colour, dark ruby-red with a youthful purple hue. Generous nose. Quite modern style I would say. There is some roasted oak, with spicy notes of liquorice, pepper, mainly black fruit, cassis and plum, a touch of leather. Good density on the palate. High concentration of fruit. Those inky dark berries with plum. I would say a quite loose texture. Tannins are already integrated. So fine extract, bright and fresh acidity. Elegant and juicy fruit and good length as well. I think this wine has everything, all the proportions are there. It should just benefit from some further ageing to benefit from more nuance and complexity, but a fine example indeed.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
