Sparkling wine with a youthful pale colour, light straw nuance, a slight green tinge and a quite foamy, youthful mousse. Clean and fresh nose, there’s some nutty notes there, fresh almond, some floral hints, citrus, green apple and some herbal notes almost like chamomile. It’s a quite light body with elevated acidity, very youthful and quite zesty acidity I would say, with an emphasis on lemon, youthful barely ripe green apple; quite creamy, almost foamy mousse, and a rather light soft finish.
