Andreola – Dirupo NV – Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore

Very youthful colour here. Bright, with low intensity. Vivid bubbles, quite fine. Quite small and fine bubbles. Good purity on the nose. Rich and intense fruit, like green apple, pear, some herbal notes like chamomile. Slight floral hint and a slight presence of fresh grapes as well. Really pleasant palate. It is boarding on quite dry, in the positive sense. With a good level of freshness. Youthful and crispy fruit, such as freshly crushed apple, pear, some citrus notes. Creaminess is well integrated. Pleasant freshness, and still a quite light body in terms of structure. But it does have flavour intensity and a finish that is somewhere between medium towards quite long.
