Rosé, rather pale colour, with a slight tinge of copper towards onion skin. Fresh and fragrant nose, youthful, starts out quite discreetly; some mineral notes, grapefruit zest, pink grapefruit, and some red berry notes. Palate is on the lighter side, well-balanced with a good emphasis on freshness. Good lift, quite discreet skin contact there, the juicy ripe acidity gives a rather mouthwatering impression on the palate. It finishes classically bone-dry. Medium weight towards long finish, it’s still quite persistent on the palate with that juicy red fruit and citrus notes. Good.
