Fine bubbles and a light golden colour. Complex and mature nose with some nuttiness, almond, wood, tobacco and ripe pear. Well integrated creaminess on the palate, fresh acidity and bone dry (no dosage) it feels. Vinous and textured with a long nutty finish and a fresh bite.
