Dark ruby-red colour here, appearing quite youthful. The nose has some meaty notes. There is a slight animal hint there, some barnyard, leather, with red and dark berries. No noticeable oak really. Quite dense palate here, still youthful with pronounced tannin. Leaving a slightly dry sensation on the aftertaste. With red and dark fruity flavours. There is also a slight animal presence there, some notes of leather and a certain spiciness. I would call this a quite traditional style. Still a bit austere and definitely in need of some further aging. From then on it should develop a bit more roundness and harmony.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
